A: Yes, we have dealers in Germany/ Austria/ Switzerland/ Portugal/ Sweden/ Finland/ Denmark/ Poland/Serbia etc. Please tell me your detailed address, then I would like to recommend the closest customer for you, then you could go to test.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: The delivery time is around 30 working days. In peak season, the production time would take longer.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Normally we use T/T 30% deposit for production, balance 70% before shipment. Or upon loading photos.
Q: What color can I choose?
A: There are Yellow, Red, Blue, Black, White, Orange, and Green to choose. We can customize the color when you order more.
Q: Can I see the loader production progress after order?
A: Yes, during production, we could take some photos/videos for your reference.
Q: What kind of service can I get from you if I buy? How can I get parts?
A: We have 18 MONTHS warranty for each machine, within 18 months, if any parts broken because of quality issues, the new parts would be sent to you free of charge, within 5 working days. We have professional after sales department to support for you at any time.
